She did a fantastic job and also taught me how to style and diffuse and dry my hair at home so that way I'm able to replicate the same low maintenance look I was going for. Highly recommend! You can make a reservation online and they do require a deposit. I think it was about 25% of the service selected. And then you pay the rest in person. I found that it was good value for the money compared to haircuts in the bay area where I live.

Minimal time spent on exfoliation and callus removal - not nearly enough attention paid to problem areas. Nice enough hot towel and leg massage with lotion. BUT, I asked for shellac polish with tiger-eye effect. Ended up with just regular polish, no tiger-eye effect, and dull flat finish. Sloppy and ugly. I cannot wait to get this lackluster hack job removed. My husband said I could have done a better job here at home. The salon appeared to be clean, and staff was friendly - but that only goes so far.
