I went in yesterday for a haircut and had a fantastic experience! I had my haircut by Rin who was super sweet, very knowledgeable and professional. I have very long and thick wavy hair and wanted her to cut it so it had layers and emphasize the natural curls. She did a fantastic job and also taught me how to style and diffuse and dry my hair at home so that way I'm able to replicate the same low maintenance look I was going for. Highly recommend! You can make a reservation online and they do require a deposit. I think it was about 25% of the service selected. And then you pay the rest in person. I was highly impressed with my new stylist, Vanessa. She listened and discussed each step with me, from initial color consult to cut to styling. It was excellent work and I am definitely going back. The salon setting is very nice, love the online scheduling option, and the front desk staff is helpful and friendly. I also had a facial the following week which was WONDERFUL! I asked for an angled bob with a stacked back, if the stylist was unable to do this cut, she should have told me. After sitting nearly 2 hours in the chair, I left with a haircut that appears I've done myself. What I got was not close to the reference and I had to point out the errors FOUR times. First, the length. I asked for the longest layer to be between my ear and shoulder. What she originally showed me as her completed cut was resting on my shoulder. Mind you, she was cutting dry. Second, after she fixed the length and told me she was done I had to bring to her attention that the back was longer than the front. Remember this is supposed to be an angled and stacked bob. Third time she told me she was done, I had to point out that the left side was clearly longer than the right by roughly 1.5 inch. For the fourth check I had to remind her that this was an angled bob with a stack, not a straight bob. When she turned me around for the FIFTH time I finally gave up. I walked out of there with chunks, blunt cuts, no blending, no stack. I cried when I got into my vehicle. When I got home I was checking it out to see if I could style it anyway to hide the mess and noticed it is still uneven!! My right side is now longer than my left!! I emailed the owner and have received no response. I reviewed on Google where the supposed owner asked me to contact her directly. It took over 10 hours to get a response and it was from the receptionist, not even the owner. She offered to have me come back in for her to fix my hair but after the butcher job I received, I can't, in good faith, step foot back in that establishment. I have asked the owner to reach out to me personally and provided multiple means of contact and I still have not heard from her. Moral of the story, do not trust a salon's rating! 4.7 stars and I could have done a better job myself. read more

Buyer beware - bait and switch!!! Specified what was wanted and quoted a price. After getting hair done the price went up almost $50 more. They were all sweet and friendly until I made them aware I was upset about the price - then the stylist completely walked away without saying anything and what I assumed was the manager took over. This place deserves 0 stars for perms. I wasn't satisfied with the end result. I wanted curls, but not mini curls. I only got tiny little waves that didn't last a day. This lady doesn't know what she is doing. She offered to fix it the next day, but it suggested to wait 6 to 10 weeks to get another perm due to the chemicals. Do not go here for perms. I also end up having a chemical burn on my neck because the stylist didn't do a good job protecting the chemicals from my skin. read more

The stylist was super nice but my hair come out totally wrong and the stylist said it'd look better after a couple days and it never did. My hair was multiple tints on blonde. I called and they said I could come in and they would look at it and made a appointment for them to fix it. When I back back for the 3rd time and they were finished it looked so bad. My hair was grey, white, and light blonde. I'm pissed. I'm never going here again. Also while I was their the employees complained about customers. read more
