During the foot reflexology, she repeatedly scraped my feet with her fingernails, which was uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The worst part was checkout. I left a tip based on the service I received, but I was pressured into increasing it to 20%. Tipping is meant to reflect the quality of the service, not something customers should feel forced into. For the price, the experience wasn't worth it, and I won't be returning.
