New restaurant just opened in September 2018, situated in a very unique and lovely space in what appears to be an old city wall. Much larger than it might appear from the outside, with three levels of attractive dining rooms. But the big surprise was how gluten-free friendly they are, with a menu clearly identifying your gluten-free options. And what options they are: they have a full line of pizzas available with four possible crusts, "tradizionale" or "pinsa romana" (lighter and more airy) with either wheat flour or GF flour (GF is a little more expensive, but we sincerely appreciate the option). Also gluten-free hamburgers, potatoes (delicious!), dessert crepes, salads. This is the newest location of a smaller regional chain. Kind waitress let my wife add extra vegetable toppings to her pizza. read more
