This was an emergency job as there was a very large limb hanging directly over our home. We had several companies come to look at the tree the morning after the storm. Two of those companies wouldn't even give us a quote as they said that the job was either to difficult, dangerous or both. Not only did Arcadia Outdoor Services remove the tree but they did it safely with no damage to our home or property and all for a very good price! Alex and his team removed rocks, stumps and shrubs, regraded land and hillside by my house, built a small retaining wall, installed new drainage, and re-seeded the lawn. The price was reasonable, new drainage works great, the yard has a much better slope to it, and the grass came up quicker than I thought! I haven't put any new plantings in yet - we're waiting until next spring for that, but when I need help with it, I'll call on Alex. He is definitely on my contractor short-list. I highly recommend Q's Lawn and Landscape.

Well, long story short it got paved the week befor Thanksgiving. Thats to late in the year. Half the driveway came out like crap. I called with my concerns and was polite and patient the whole time. He said it was the quality of the ashfalt and sometimes that happened. He offered to seal coat for no charge later the following year. I was satisfied with that. After a few months into summer I sent him a text asking if he was still going to do it . He said he had not forgot about me. Never showed. Be careful! Now im stuck with a poor driveway from my hard earned money. *edit..it was nov 2024 it was paved and never showed up to seal in 2025 as promised*

He came to look at the sidewalk, gave me a reasonable quote, and the sidewalk job was completed a week later. Toby and his crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job, leaving us with a beautiful new sidewalk. We have hired him to come back in about a month to reseal our driveway, and I am sure Toby and his crew will do a great job with that also. These are good people who work hard and do excellent work!
