This was an emergency job as there was a very large limb hanging directly over our home. We had several companies come to look at the tree the morning after the storm. Two of those companies wouldn't even give us a quote as they said that the job was either to difficult, dangerous or both. Not only did Arcadia Outdoor Services remove the tree but they did it safely with no damage to our home or property and all for a very good price! Ben was professional and made sure that the tree was removed without damage to our property but also took the utmost care to make sure his team was safe in the process. When I open my door I asked him what he was doing he denies it and continued, including mowing around a mother, baby and her dog in the grassy area where dogs are allowed to relieve themselves. The dr asked the office manager to get involved and brought the mower and another man who wasn't around us at all approached us in our car saying he has been in business for 22 years, taking pictures of my vehicle and denying that the events occurred. This was not only rude and inconsiderate but it should not be happening during customer hospitals at a vet where there are children, animals and elderly folks on the premises within inches where they were mowing.
