Everything that Briggs did to handle the estate was top-notch: from initial communication about the process and their pricing structure, to carefully packing and moving the items, to researching and assessing each piece, and finally, to selling the items with detailed, accurate descriptions, then providing a detailed list of what sold, for how much, and a check sent within a month of the last sale. Josie from Briggs was great both on the phone and over email (and in person, per my mom). My mom said she couldn't be happier with Briggs - even if some items didn't fetch as much money as we had hoped they would, we felt like everything was handled very professionally and fairly - and sometimes, antiques just don't go for as much as you'd think they would.
