I had a suppressor form 3'd to them, and they insisted I set up a Silencershop account to do it. They told me every SOT has to go through Silencershop (lie). They told me they didn't have the suppressor in yet (lie). They told me the ATF was still closed so transfers couldn't be done (lie). Grover is making it up as he goes, and every answer is no. After so many lies, I said enough just send it to a competitor. of course Grover says he doesn't even know if that can be done (lie). Do not do business with this shop. Aside from being incompetent, they are insulting to the intelligence of anyone who's been doing this a while. Such a catastrophe that the area is served by such a terrible gun shop.

And while he was knowledgeable, the apparent relative that he had working for him didn't impress him.
