Toriichi is all chicken based ramen soup stock and some great spicy ramens ( I had seasonal spicy garlic special) and "dry" (non soup) noodle options. Also worth trying are the gyoza (we had leek and spicy versions - both excellent!) as well as the yuzu karaage chicken which was tasty and very succulent. Once inside, a nice hostess brings you to your seat and gives you a menu. After you decide what you want, you go to the window and order and pay. They give you a slip with a number and then you wait. There are drinks, but no alcohol. They have a water station and a condiment station. Once you get your food, stop by the condiments and load up on what you want, all free! Then, sit down and taste some of the best broth you have ever had! This palce is not fancy, but that's part of the charm- it is VERY Japanese- both the od and atmosphere. Enjoy!
