Arrived at 8:15 without checking their Facebook for any change of hours. Walked in and tanning attendant immediately said "you know we close at 8:30. The last tanner goes in at 8:15. What were you gonna do?" I couldn't believe how rude she said it. I was so shocked I apologized and walked out. I should also note that I've had a very pleasant experience with 2 girls there, but have always thought the lady I dealt with tonight was abrupt and rude. This was at the Howard location

I don't know where my Membership account card is anymore, but hopefully this On The Dark Side will still have me in their computer now. I hope they will still Have The darkest Tan Lotion I had used before & with decent prices on their tanning minute packages as they did back then, when I used to go tanning there. Your hours should be until 815pm if you cannot get a 7 min tan at 819pm. Terrible customer service.

I am usually very disappointed in the quality of the paint job. Usually the paint has air bubbles, I have paint on my skin, and/or the nail isn't fully painted. This is the 1st time I was 100% satisfied. This salon is extremely clean and sterile. I didn't have to ask if the foot bath was cleaned or even request an unused nail file/foot buffer. The nail technician did an excellent job painting my nails. My only complaint is that I wish all nail salons operated with these standards. Unfortunately I will have to wait until my next visit to Windsor to get my nails done again. I live in the USA about 500 miles away & it was 100% worth the drive. Make an appointment if you'll be in the area.
