I didn't know it would be so hard to find a place that offered this specific service only, but it was very difficult. After contacting about 10 spas, I found Spa in the Woods on Yelp, and read some reviews that I was satisfied with. So I decided to book the service, along with a full body massage service for my friend. And I'm so glad that I did decide to go with this spa! My initial observation of the spa was that is very clean, and the front desk staff was nice and professional. The appointments started right on time, and my appointment was with a young lady named Samantha. Samantha was super friendly and just had an overall sweet demeanor. She did a great job with my foot massage, and usually when I receive a spa service, I don't talk, but we both talked and we're engaged in conversation the entire 30 minutes of the massage. I couldn't believe how fast the time flew! I enjoyed the massage, and my only regret was that I didn't book an hour massage, opposed to the 30 minutes. I plan to return for about foot massage soon! The childless cat lady behind the desk is ruining that business. GO ELSEWHERE! Update - I went to Rochester Dermatology, received pleasant professional service, my insurance card was all they needed, no credit card on file needed! Based on other reviews it looks like many have had similar issues with this doctor and his rude staff.

I stopped taking B12 and had to start a whole new routine of skin care. But NOW, I can proudly say my skin looks the best its ever been in over 10 years. Is it perfect and completely even toned? I hadn't a had a facial in years, I was looking forward to this. Earlier in the day while grocery shopping, either my wallet was stolen or I misplaced it. I knew that they had this no show policy where they charge you if you don't come. So I called and told them what happened, that I had no way to pay, considering it was Sunday and there weren't any banks open. I was willing to come in and have the facial (I wasn't technically no showing) I just couldn't pay them at that moment. I was stuck, I had no idea what to do. Then they have the audacity to ask if I could borrow the money from someone!!!!!!!!!!!! Um no, I am a grown woman, I'm not going to go ask a family member to loan me money for a facial. The girl says, "ok well I'm going to talk to my manager about the circumstances and I'll get back with you". It is now five days later (no call from anyone) and guess what comes across on my account. A 59.00 charge for no showing. Actually now that I'm sitting here thinking of it, I gave them my card information when I made the appointment so I wouldn't be bothered having to stop at the desk after a relaxing facial. WHY DIDN'T THEY REMIND ME OF THAT , when I was desperately trying to think of how to pay for it. They certainly didn't forget about my card on file when they wanted to charge me 59.00 for not showing up, but didn't even think of it when considering solutions. I even started going to Rhonda when she was located on Rochester, near 13 mile, before moving to Birmingham. Rhonda and her team of aestheticians are out of this world good. I used to get my dermabrasion with a diamond head, it would take off so much dead skin. I think they got rid of the diamond and replaced it with a paddle. It's just as effective, maybe not resulting in as much visual skin slough. I have had dermal planing, skin chemical peels here as well and I used to buy my Latisse lash serum from here. Rhonda was always amazing and so delicate, but precise and doing extractions if needed. My skin was always glowing after procedure here. They are skin magicians here. I don't come as often, since I bought my own dermabrasion machine for the house. They do have some gifts, like SPF 50 hats and other fashionable items. I bought a couple sun hats here over the years. If you have any skin issues, this is the place to go to. You'll be in great hands and soon enough and great skin. ;)
