The exterior of my 2 story house needed painted after 5 and a half years. I was given a…read morereasonable estimate. Two painters came and had the entire house painted in 2 days. They did a sloppy job with the paint and the paint they scraped. The owner sat in his truck the entire time the first day and only communicated with me by text. After the 2 painters left when they said they were finished, I noticed there were lots of areas on my house that were not painted. I called the owner and he sent the same 2 men back out to finish the areas they missed. That took half a day. The owner of this company never contacted me to see about the job the painters had done or if I was satisfied. I would NOT recommend this painting company paint the exterior of your house.

Our deck of Wolmanized wood was put up in 1989 and seems sound. The Final Coat Co. applied a…read morepaint-like light gray stain in 2019 that I recall them saying would last 20 or more years. It began flaking immediately. They touched it up 3 times, but it just kept on flaking. I gave up, but now we wanted to sell our house, and it looked awful (see photos). The Final Coat told me it was out of warranty and was not their problem. I offered to split the cost with them in some manner, as I realize it's been 5 years now. They told me they would only redo it for full price. I had Deck Rescue redo it, it cost $1800, and our deck now looks fine. If The Final Coat had told me it would cost $3600 to redo and they would split it with me, I would have paid them the $1800. I also think that after retouching 3 times in 2019 they should have checked back with me to see if it was alright. If you are considering using Final Coat, I would think twice about it.
