This is highly unethical and frowned upon...most brokerages won't allow their realtors to do this. The house sold for 10k less than our offer in just 10 days. Lisa is a crook. I urge you that unless she is selling your absolute dream house, to look elsewhere. I will never buy a house she has listed or a house from Coldwell Banker...end of story.

I tried to call in and schedule a viewing of a property that they have listed. First I was told that only one person could show me the listing, his name was Adrian. I spoke with Adrian on the phone after the office gave me his cell phone number. He told me that he was going out of town for the weekend and couldn't be bothered with it till next week. I asked if someone else could show the property and he told me no. I felt this was an unreasonable answer especially in this climate of home buying right now. I decided I would call back into the office and see if that was the stance this company took of showing houses. After being put on hold for close to 5 minutes, some guy gets on the phone and by the tone of his voice was obviously irritated that I asked for another agent to show me the house. After a couple minutes of his attitude and him telling me that he is doing me a favor even talking to me I decided just to hang up before I lowered myself to his unreasonable demeanor. I would offer his name, but he did not offer it. I know this may sound hyper critical, but if I was listing a home with this company and I found out afterwards that someone wanted to buy my property, to say the least I would be extremely upset.
