I was very impressed with the price that I was told over the phone which was about half of other cleaning companies with corporate ties. Another plus was that she offered in home estimates and very clearly stated that she would work with whatever I needed done. When she showed up, I was happy with her appearance as I have had some people who come and look a little shady or smell of smoke. April and I talked price and I was very happy and she started right then. I only wanted my bathroom and kitchen cleaned and she did a great job on both! She supplies all her own cleaners, rags and towels and handwashes floors which I loved. The only thing she doesn't bring is the vaccuum which I was completely ok with. The only downside that I saw was that she took an hour to clean a small bathroom and that only left a half hour (from amount of time for the job that we negotiated) to clean the kitchen. The kitchen did not get as clean as I had hoped because of the time crunch. In her defense, I'm sure the bathroom needed a really heavy scrubbing. I would suggest that anyone who uses her services just be up front about where you want her to concentrate because she will do an amazing job on the whole thing but whatever she starts on will probably get the most attention. I am going to have her start in the kitchen next time and then move on from there. I would highly recommend using her service for anyone who needs a little help with cleaning but can't afford the high priced companies. Why pay more for the same service or why pay more when a real person can get your money to pay their bills instead of a large corp?
