In addition, failure to properly clean contact surfaces. Also, some of the new MTs are very young, have had little-to-no serious training (a few days) and no license. The young MTs (Luna, for example) are given customers after only a few sessions of "training" and are simply not ready, especially for deep tissue or injury treatment. Lastly, the owner texted me a few days ago and said there is potential sexual activity occuring in her store, so female customers might want to take note of that and avoid the store alltogether.

Although I did come for reflexology I didn't receive it 100%. So I paid an extra $15.95 for a full body massage. I'm not upset about it. He was very thorough on my shoulders, legs, and feet. He rubbed ALL the kinks out. I traveled 30 miles for this place. And I am happy I did. I was about 10 mins late and they were very accommodating. Still allowing me to have my appointment and giving me extra time as I was late. The foot rub was AMAZING. His hands were so soft and warm. Everything was so great. It's not a fancy place, but the people here are very nice, the price is very fair and the massage has always been therapeutic and beneficial. The rooms are also completely private, with real walls and doors that completely closes. No curtains or drape partitions here. The place is very clean and the room is nicely lit. The cost of a treatment here is a lot less than seeing the physical therapist, and the benefits are as good or better. This was my first massage with Ms Eva, as she just started working. She was very nice and patient with me and has very strong hands. I've never been disappointed here. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. You will feel great after an hour. There is also a new lady named YuYu who just started. I cannot comment on her massage as I have yet to receive on from her. She was very pleasant and welcoming when I met her though.

I've specified several times just my upper back, just my neck, only my shoulder no lower half! Last week I went in around 7:30. Received the most painfully inconsiderate massage. The guy never asked if I was ok when I was tapping the table and flinching. He was yelling to the guy at the front and sucking his teeth every-time someone came in. Due to the mall closing at 8. Although the massage was one of the most painful my shoulder felt so much relief so I chalked it up to me being sore and him being ready to go home. Yesterday was the last straw. I only asked for 10 minutes because I didn't have much time. I showed the guy where my pain was and said only my shoulder and neck. He said shoulder and neck to clarify. I say yes and proceed to lay down. I wasn't sure if that was the same guy that usually touches my behind so I made sure he knew what I wanted and did not want touched. The first 3 minutes he was on my glutes and even went in my crack. I redirected him to my shoulder a few moments later her was back on my glutes. I asked him to stop and he acted as is he didn't hear me and moved to the other side. I asked how much time was left to which he ignore me. I sat up preventing him from massaging me. I asked him to stop the timer so I can finish with someone else. He appeared confused but I know he wasn't. This guy has done this several times before but this was the last time! When he did attempt my shoulder he pressed out it like a cat pouncing no technique no pressure just my body rocking and my butt shaking to the point he needed to adjust and smooth the sheet over my lower half again. They originally wanted me to pay him for 6 minutes but I explained to the guy at the front that I told him to stop several times and he ignored me. Once I sat up he continued to let the time run and made it appear as if we were almost done. I was annoyed but patiently waited for another person. To sum her up she was too light and due to whatever she was told the massage was complete trash and was about 5 minutes. This is the first time I didn't tip and i am also making that my last visit. The guy at the front kept mentioning they didn't charge me for the 6 minutes from the guy it was free and I told him it should be. He asked if I didn't like it and I told him no he was touching me where I asked not to be touched and just shaking my butt on the table. He responded with a slight laugh and smirk and said it was no good and I said absolutely not. The lady that finished the massage stood there and waited for her tip. I asked how many minutes did she go and they said 10 but that's a lie. It was about 5 minutes if that. I wasted my time and money. Very uncomfortable. As much as I love the massage when done right I can't keep doing this to myself. It is the same guy and the only way to describe him is to mention a block or square shaped head and cartoon like teeth. *i suffer from shoulder and back pain. I'm not coming in for a butt rub. I wish there was another acupressure location near by.
