I called and confirmed the house stats and prices and made the appointment. I know this is a dusty business, but the truck, equipment and crew were all clean neat and tidy. Matt and Angel were polite, friendly and left my visible home cleaner than when they arrived. After seeing the before and after photos of the ducts they obviously left them cleaner than I thought possible. The house is almost 60 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. It was so worth it! I had problems receiving the photos, but the office manager and even the owner worked to get them to me. The actual service performed was great and the field workers, staff and owner addressed all my concerns and issues. EXCEPTIONAL!

We had opened all window & doors with ceiling fans on since John left. The next morning carpet felt crunchy, not soft like it was. But the worst part I awoke to a wet dog smell. The whole house smelt terrible! I will have to hire someone else to re-clean my carpets. More expense. I will NOT be using this company again. Poor customer service. I contacted them twice and sent them my pictures and received no response. I suggest you go elsewhere if you want a clean carpet.
