The tech was kind and informative. They came for a free "tune up" on our AC/furnace…read more What was supposed to be a 15-30 minute tune up turned into more than 3 hours, maybe 4? With multiple techs coming into our house. Not super respectful of our time. They quoted that we needed all new duct work for thousands of dollars, which, fine, thank you for the info but we don't have 20K to get all new ducts. The problem: They took out our old filter in our furnace and threw it away. Forgot to let us know that, so we just were running it with no filter for 10+ days, which is pretty bad for the unit and our air quality throughout the home. It's also potentially a safety hazard to not have a filter...seems odd for a company that specializes in this to leave our unit worse off seeing as they came to "tune it up".
