We had excellent service and the staff was exceedingly friendly and was very tolerant of our nearly nonexistent French. I have had paella in probably a hundred different places, and this was the best I have had. The rice was very full flavored and creamy with the perfect balance of spiced. The squid was the most tender and flavorful. The shrimp were seasoned very well and the balance from the sausage was perfect and not so much as to overpower the seafood and chicken.
