I was promptly greeted by the hostess and, upon being seated, the friendly waitress. The waitress was great the entire time! Attentive, helpful, and quick with her service. I ordered the enchilada dinner with 2 cheese & onion enchiladas - one with verde sauce and the other with the sour cream sauce. This came with beans and rice. While the plate was hot, the green enchilada was cold - both the sauce and the unmelted, grated cheese. I probably should have asked to have it heated; but I was so hungry that I just ate it. The flavor of the green sauce was spectacular with just the right amount of spice -- and when it started to have a bit too much of a kick I simply took a bite of the sour cream sauce enchilada.
