Today's taco meats were Barbados and carnitas. I got a carnita taco (It comes on two flour tortillas with a small bag of chopped white onions, cilantro, and a slice of lime, and green or red sauce.) The carnitas were SO flavorful. The meat wasn't dry at all and It was jam packed with spices, and they did NOT hesitate to give you a large serving of the pork. Having no idea what to expect, this taco was such a pleasant surprise. The tortilla didn't seem as hot and fresh as could've been, but no complaints cause it was all delicious. The best part?
