I have thought many of times not renew my lease, but the fear of moving into another apartment community and not have the peace and pleasure of a wonderful living experience. This is the first time in my life that I am actually living with roaches. The building is roach infested. Roaches come through tiny cracks in floor corners, the bathroom ceiling vents, and even in the closets!! It is so uncomfortable knowing that no matter how much you call for pest control nothing seems to work. It's uncomfortable to have to wash everything you cook with before cooking because roaches have been found in the cabinets where you store your items. I can't wait until my lease is up! Do NOT move here unless you do not mind living with roaches. read more

It's moving day and I couldn't be more happy.. Resident Manager Camry, Latisha and Genesis were Par Excellence in its highest.. The amount of professionalism between this group is amazing.. Being around individuals who love their job truly shows in their work ethic. I highly recommend this property if you want to be away of the chaos that's you find at several properties.. Trying to contact corporate management about apt 808 has been impossible. For some reason my personal phone has been blocked yet all other numbers I called from are working fine and going through . therefore I have no choice but to believe the office is intentionally blocking me from connecting to the regional director . Those in the office work together to make your experience here horrible and if you do not agree with them they use a clause in the lease that says you can't go to social media about any concerns on the complex yet they make it extremely difficult, frustrating , and overwhelming to try to talk to any one within Ventron Management that are higher up . Can the regional director or human resources contact me as soon as possible? The people you have working for you are,petty , juvenile and take their job way to personal . There is a need for retraining on Fair Housing Act regulations in which they , overlook and act as though they are above the law. Rusty ,mold , straight, nasty‍ I was told that I don't have mold in my apartment they refuse to give me the paperwork to show me that is true. maintenance came in calling themselves cleaning and painting over mold they refused to take off my rent so I was decided to take matters in my own hands to take off on my rent . These apartments are nasty and outdated. Please do not waste your time, nor your money. As me we speak I have another sinus infection behind this nasty ass apartment . Also I have asthma, I have never missed a payment or never been late all I'm asking for them to take 550 off my rent for 3 months due to this living conditions for six months straight. My hot water heater is nasty as well. The mold will come back because my windows always wet like it's a water leak in the walls .it's getting cold so turning on my heat will dry it out and Tara bridge will have some real issues if I get sick again. I'm pushing to get these apartments closed down. I asked for another apartment no response to my question. Or let me out my lease for free with my security deposit. Monday I will be calling the city of Clayton health department on Tara bridge I'm not the one to play with. I'm done being nice . DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is a rip off. They pull the ole 'bait and switch' with the apartments. They show you the model and its great, until you get the keys to your apartment. The apartment was dirty upon move in. It appears they do not clean after the last tenant, nor repaint. The carpets were filthy as well. The complex has roaches, excuse me, cockroaches. Yes, the big flying ones, and other bugs too. If the power is not out, its the water. The only bright spot was the receptionist, Genesis. She' great. My advice, find somewhere else to live!!! read more

Do not move here! The front office is terrible they lie to you during move-in and you don't get to see your apartment until the day you move in. They're unprofessional, the maintenance is unprofessional and lazy as well. There's nothing in the neighborhood To do, the playground is dirty and there's really nothing much of a playground because it's so small there's really nothing for the kids to do. The pool was filthy dirty not enjoyable, The apartment was terrible bugs everywhere, the apartments flood anthe front office does nothing about it and they threaten to get you out of your lease as well. So they go around threatening people to get them out of their lease and it's crazy because you can't do that. The rent isn't worth what they charge at all, the area is door there's nothing to do. First I would like to start off by saying the people in the front office are very nice and the Apts are nice. However 2 months in and I'm annoyed with the pest in my kitchen. Pest control has came twice already and I'm still waking up with pest in my kitchen. I clean it every day but they keep coming out of new places. It upsets me because I would like to have company over but this BIG problem I'm having is embarrassing. The walls are very thin I can hear my neighbors below me kids running around. I love this property very spacious. Samantha and Asia are very nice and patient. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment people are nice and I'll miss the community events they would do especially the food. They also work with you and fast on issues. However if your moving here AVOID BUILDING 1000!!! The tenants there think they live in a house. Loud music late and all night. Children running around late even on a school nights. I'm on the top floor hearing all this. The bugs are bad. Walls are too thin. The rent isn't bad but it's not worth being miserable. Put your mental health first!!! Avoid building 1000!!!! read more

Let me first say the staff were great and very considerate. The property needs to be redone, and taken better care. The walls are too thin and you can hear everything the neighbors are saying and doing because the floors are creaking as they walk. They need to take a little more consideration to the landscaping. My apartment has a view of nothing but trash which needs to be picked up. This could be a very nice property if some care and work was put into the housing and grounds. read more
