I pounced and she duly directed me to her Facebook page. Impressed with her range I contacted her via email and we worked out my floral options in regards to my dress and colour scheme, which was vague to say the least. But Sinead was more than helpful, even with my vague contributions. On the day I was delivered the most impressive bouquets, button holes and corsages. The weight of my bouquet emphasised the amount of flowers that Sinead was able to expertly fit into it. It was all neatly wrapped and pinned together with wonderful a cream ribbon. Everyone commented on how wonderful our wedding flowers were. The bouquet looked wonderful with my dress and that's just from the photos friends and family took. I can't wait to see the professional photos. The order came to 180 EUR, which for me was excellent value. Consider I got one bridal bouquet, one bridesmaid bouquet, four buttons and two corsages. All fresh flowers, all impeccably arranged and delivered. I really could not have been more happy with Elegant Flowers and Sinead. Highly recommended.

We popped into this location to pick up a few tchotchkes for the folks back home. The store is packed with goods from wall to wall, floor to ceiling. They have all the classic souvenirs plus a few local specialties in the form of snacks and such. We scooped up a few magnets, a hat and a couple of t-shirts for the family. It was nice to be able to mark everyone off the list after one spot. Service was okay. Not very helpful and a bit disconnected at the register, but I imagine they are constantly busy, so just overwhelmed. Either way, it was noticeable, but didn't detract much from the experience. Overall, I'd recommend this or any Carroll's location in Dublin when you are after goodies from your trip.

The products here are quality. They stock some fabulously luxurious individual greeting cards. They are tad expensive, but they are all handmade and almost probably each unique. Other accoutrements that can be customized are favor boxes, stickers and goodie bags. One thing that I really love about Daintree is its focus on DIY. No matter what your style, color scheme or theme is, Daintree has pretty much everything you will need to create beautiful stationary. From paper to ribbon to tools and advice, they've got it all covered. The one thing I would say that Daintree could improve upon is the range of their other items - such as notebooks, albums, streamers and other such gifty things. I think that if they had more of these things the store could attract a wider range of clientele other than brides-to-be and new moms. Still, I think what they've done in the space is pretty magical.

It's great to go in and look at the available stamps under the glass counter and choose whatever you fancy for that special postcard or letter. Special issued coins from the Central Bank can also be bought in here and there is a copy of the Proclamation on the wall and a nice display on the 1916 Easter Rising
