Given our experience with other rental agencies in the area, we had expected a hectic open house where we would be rushing through the door with several other interested parties. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover the showing was for us alone, and that stress-free viewing really set the tone for the rest of our interactions with X2 Realty / Property Management. Bobby gave us the space to view the house on our own terms but was also very knowledgeable in answering our questions about the property. When we decided to go ahead with an application, we found the process super transparent. X2's non refundable fees were much less than other agencies we had looked at, and we appreciated that we could pay the prorated first month's rent instead of a full month's rent to move in. Though it made more work for Bobby, he made sure we could move in the same day our application was accepted, which our three kids really, really appreciated. We were super impressed by the attention to detail Bobby showed with the move in process; there were forms where we could list the exact condition of each room, and even a separate form to document in detail how clean the house was. We've been moved in a week and continue to be impressed with Bobby's attentiveness. All of our initial questions / concerns have already been addressed, and he also set up some things we hadn't thought about like a furnace cleaning.
