Plus her standing positive relationship with the builder helped us out immensely to get in on it before the house even hit the market! Additionally, she celebrated the victories throughout the process including when out offer was accepted on this house and when we accepted an offer on the house we we selling, even though we were working with another realtor in another city for that sale. Lastly, Carmen did everything she could to help take the stress off of us. I was 6 months pregnant during the time we found a house and were closing.
