We received a call at 1230 telling us there was no slide available, when we had this scheduled and confirmed a month ago. Then we spoke with the owner that said we would have the slide today. They did not come out until after three, when the party started at 2 and ended at 4. We were scheduled to have the slide until 8pm, but they said we could have it all night, even though we would not use it. Then we were charged FULL price and the owner will not return our calls. I will not use them again and do not suggest anyone use them either!

The second time, the most recent, they were 1 hour late... apparently they had a mix up on the schedule which they didn't realize until I called after 20 minutes had gone by.
