The room is freshly remodeled and very clean. I was just as comfortable as I would have been at a Marriott Express or similar property. Breakfast was very well done and the staff was great! My room was lovely, very spacious and clean although the carpet really needs to be replaced (it lols nasty but is really just well worn). Others in our group had issues with noise from the road or smelly or dirty room. Seems the rooms in the motel proper were better than the rooms in the houses in the back. So if I were to make a recommendation, book one of the motel rooms vs. one of the houses in the back. Some in our group would give this place a 1 rating while on my own, I would have given a 4 so I compromised wi to a 3. The cost, however, cannot be beat. One more point, they were remodeling one of the rooms while we were there so hopefully that means the carpet wb eventually replaced.
