We had a great experience with Tarantino's carpet cleaning. They scheduled us the day before which was very nice and they showed up on time early in the morning and had the job done in 45 minutes or less this carpet was thrashed from being a man cave/storage room where my dog bit open a can of sprite and all the sugar absorbed all that dirt so there was a black spot. We are pleased with the results and we will definitely have them come back and do our carpets again and I have already referred them to three people. Tony cleaned my carpet, tile and laminate floors in May. I was worried about whether or not it was safe to steam clean the laminate, but Tony explained he used a much lighter power steam and towel dried each area to be sure there was no standing moisture and they would dry quickly. First, Tony is an absolute sweetheart. Nicest guy you'll ever meet with a big heart. I called him on a Thursday and he came out Saturday morning. He was very conscientious as far as shutting doors (it was cold outside) and not tracking in any dirt when he had to go out to his truck. I had him clean a bedroom, hallway, and a chair. The Great: I actually found him on Craigslist and he was quick to get out to our place to clean 3 rugs, 1 couch and the tile in our bathrooms and kitchen. He showed up on time, thou did seem to chat a lot, but I think its not that bad of a thing. We both own our own business so we have a lot in common, but some people might be bothered by it. He's a nice dude and he looked at all the rooms before he started, gave the same price as he did over the phone and set the expectations of what could and couldn't be cleaned.
