You need to check your prices at check out. 2 weeks ago I was going to buy silverware, on the shelf the 45 pc set was $54 rang up $80. Went the other day for legging, on rack they were $16 rang up $30. Cashier corrected it . Yes I checked the bar code. I will not be going to any Target in the future. This store has gotten tremendously better compared to my last experience here in November so I'll update my review to 3 stars for that. A trend I'm starting to notice why this store has gotten better is because they've been hiring better people especially younger folks where it creates a more positive environment in the store where they want to help and are professional unlike some of the other people who've worked here in the past. I'm glad to see this store is getting better to where it once was I hope this store really keep its up with the better workers because I love this location now and the better selections of things. read more

This Target is out of my way and I pass about 3 just to get here, but it is worth it. This store is neat, easy layout and not crowded. I love Target and I am very particular about the locations I choose. I was able to do d everything I needed and didnt have to maneuver around boxes and palates that seem to ALWAYS be in the aisles at one location in Cordova. I will continue shopping here and dont mind the drive. After shopping I go across the street to Cajun Catfish Company, one of my favorite places to go for good fish. read more

I usually have my items shipped and occasionally I will order for curbside pickup. Most of the time it works out pretty well. On this occasion, I waited for about 45 minutes. What I observed is that the young men bringing out the items, they appeared lost. Several times they brought items that weren't what the customer ordered. In addition to appearing lost, they had no sense of urgency. Very slow. However, I was there for a pickup the week before and the guys that were working were on top of it. I don't get here often but when I do it's exactly what I expect from a target superstore. Their pharmacy is on the ball and everything in the store runs well. This is a clean and we'll stocked location and they were a savior for me at Christmas brine because they were the open that had the Cajun boil spice that I needed for a big family meal. So I was in Collierville and decided to check out this target to complete my registry. So as I entered I went to guest services and was greeted by the kindest staff person. Not only did she give me my free gift for creating a target registry, but she also provided me with the registry scanner and explained the process of registering in the store. I had a fun experience completing my registry at this target. Not only was the store nice and clean and the aisles were in tact but they had a good supply of inventory and checkout was pretty quick. All and all I had a pleasant experience at this target and would go back to this location. read more

I used collierville target for printing wedding photo. I had a 50 % off deal from my email. the price was worth it and when I spent hours picking the perfect pictures and sizes. I went to pick them up and the employee helping would not honor the discount.I tried to show her my email thst showed it advertisement but that did nothing. I asked her if there was anything else she could discount or deals that she could honor because I didn't want to pay the full amount. I only chose target to print the pictures because of the advertise discount. she THREW MY WEDDING PHOTOS IN THE TRASH when I asked for a manager to help me. the customer service rep did her job so poorly and was rude to me. the manager gave me the photos that where on top and said sorry.I left crying and appauled. hire better people. read more

I love Target. It's a little on the expensive side but only because they usually sell better quality things, or at least things that look nicer than the usual functional pieces. Their food section is not very large but is mostly made up of healthier choices. They have a little of everything and I always feel fancy when I come in here. By far one of my most odd shopping experiences. There was a scavenger hunt going on through a local school (who I'll not mention). Being me, I decided to partake in their random activities such as push-ups an such. I recently left my iPhone here. They called my mom and told her my phone was at Target. It was really nice of them to call; however, I am perplexed as to how they unlocked my phone to call her! Wow, first time I have seen a Starbucks inside a Target shop!! Otherwise pretty decent as Target stores go - everything was well marked and it was easy to find the shower curtains I was after. The wait for check-out wasn't that long either so was in and out under 30 minutes. read more

I like this Target. It is always clean and relatively fast. It has a food place and a Starbucks in it too, for anyone who is interested in eating or drinking Starbucks at Target. :) The only disappointment is that it has a limited grocery section because it is no Super Target. There is a Schnuck's and Sam's Indian Grocery right next door though. read more

This was the worst visit I have ever had with target pick up. I thought them missing my Saran Wrap the last visit and never refunding it was bad. Sat out in the pick up section for almost an hour. Just had oral surgery and decided drive up would be my best option. Ordered two ice packs and a few other items... my ice packs were missing ! We let an associate know and she said she would be out shortly. 35 mins later and after she had helped everyone else's car before us who had been sitting there forever she told us she "can't find them anywhere". She was going to give us a $5 gift card for our wait and a manager would be out in 2-3 mins to give us our items. It took the manager more than 10 mins and me having to call into the store for her to even come out. Mind you the whole time I have yogurt in with my order and now it is hot and spoiled so I will have to make yet another trip up to target to deal with spoiled yogurt. This is poor customer service at its absolute finest and someone high up in target that actually knows what they're doing needs to come and deal with this mess ASAP cause I'm about tired of it. I love Target! While this particular location does seem to be unkempt a lot of times, I can walk in there with that understanding and still love Target when I leave. I haven't shopped at "the other" mega-chain, as a rule, in over a decade, so no matter if every single Target I ever walk in needed to be tidied up, I would still appreciate that it was Target, and not "the other." I know I'm getting products that are typically a little higher quality and certainly appear that way too. I know the staff is typically going to be friendly and helpful. Doesn't hurt that there's a Starbucks inside and I can treat myself to an herbal tea and a slice of lemon cake when I'm done shopping either. read more

Guest Services was GREAT! However, over the past several months, the women's shoe department at the Collierville, Tennessee store is a constant MESS! I can't believe the manager constantly overlooks that area and doesn't have an employee keep the women's shoes arranged neatly on the shelves. There are shoes all over the floor. It's awful. Also, the women's clothing department at this same store needs attention. Employees need to regularly visit this area to be sure the displays are neat and organized, and to be sure clothing is on the correct rack. This used to be such a nice store, but I don't enjoy shopping those departments anymore because they are so messy and unkempt. read more

Like any Target, had the same products as expected and fully met our needs. I was absolutely shocked what a mess the store was though. Product on the floor in multiple areas, total chaos getting through many of the side aisles. Probably need to hire quite a few more employees to stay on top of that. It totally dissuaded me from any kind of impulse shopping when I wouldn't even be able to get my cart through some aisles. read more

Why is this store always ridiculously messy!!! It is an absolute nightmare. Every time I stop its bad but today was just awful. The clothing, shoes and bags are always on the floor and thrown everywhere. I'm never coming to this location again. read more

I like this Target because it is rarely ever crowded. They usually have most of what I need, just like any other Target would. And there's a newly remodeled Starbuck's inside. The only downside is that certain areas seem to always be understocked, specifically the cosmetic aisles. read more
