Bought a lift chair from Slumberland in March 2023 for over $2,000 and bought their 5year extended…read morewarranty which was $230. The remote broke after 1 1/2 years. I contacted Slumberland and they told me that they warranty the chair for the first year and I would have to file a claim with their warranty company. It took the warranty company over3 months to get me a new remote. A little over a year later the motor gave out. I had to go through the same procedure and I had to wait over 4 months to get the motor and now I am suppose to call them and set up an appointment to schedule the tech to install the motor which will take another 2-3 weeks if they don't cancel the appointment and reschedule like has happened in the past. Will never shop there again!

Here is what we got a brown sofa and brown recliners that are as big as love seats. And the love seats sinks down on the right side. I have to put extra cushions on the right side. My hips are really bad and this love seat recliner really causes me a lot of pain. I will never shop there again I will go out of town. I hate this store We Did not get what we wanted.
