We have both bought items in store and items that were made to order - a bed frame, nightstands, a dresser and a coffee table all out of white oak. We have never had an issue with any of the items, some we have had for years. And we have had multiple friends compliment us on how stunning it is and shop there as well. I see they have some bad reviews and understand everyone has their own experience, and furniture shopping is expensive so it can be frustrating when there's an issue. But also want to share with others that it is not always the case and we are very happy with all of our furniture purchased. Would hate someone to pass them up because not enough people leave reviews. They have been around for a long time so I know we are not the only happy customers.

It was a Saturday morning so I made a large tumbler full of iced coffee before I hit the road. About an hour into the drive my bladder decided to go ding ding ding. I knew Milaca Unclaimed Freight was just ahead so I thought I'd stop in to use the restroom. Biggest mistake of the day! After using the restroom I decided to walk up and down the aisles. And boy did they have deals. I happened to be in the holiday home decor section and my hands were full. There was a lady standing next to me and I mentioned to her that I should have grabbed a cart. She responded with "you always grab a cart". So I went and grabbed a cart and put my selections in the basket. I kept running into her in the other aisles. And every time I saw her she was interested in what I added to the basket. She was fun, nice lady. I got stuff for the house. I got stuff for work. Bought a lift chair from Slumberland in March 2023 for over $2,000 and bought their 5year extended…read morewarranty which was $230. The remote broke after 1 1/2 years. I contacted Slumberland and they told me that they warranty the chair for the first year and I would have to file a claim with their warranty company. It took the warranty company over3 months to get me a new remote. A little over a year later the motor gave out. I had to go through the same procedure and I had to wait over 4 months to get the motor and now I am suppose to call them and set up an appointment to schedule the tech to install the motor which will take another 2-3 weeks if they don't cancel the appointment and reschedule like has happened in the past. Will never shop there again!
