He went over all the benefits with the different options, from the type and class of shingle to the color. Over the few days while I was deciding what to do he always picked right the phone and was happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. After the estimate was worked up, Chad gave me all the options. There was no high-pressure sales or pushing us whatsoever.
