We worked with Josie who was great as she patiently helped my niece select her table and chairs, along with an area rug for underneath. We were able to see the set in the store, but we were told to expect a wait of 7 weeks for the dining set to be delivered. It did not take 7 weeks...maybe 3. Josie kept us informed along the way. I was greeted by Jojo and let her know I was there for two reasons: to see if my mattress I previously purchased had a warranty and if not, I needed to purchase a new mattress. Without even looking, she stated that they "switched systems" and was unable to look. I let her know that what she said was a lie because I was here this past October for an unrelated reason and at that time, my previous purchase was viewable. She called for Freddy and ask him if they could still see past purchases because I had called her a liar (right in front of me). I corrected her real fast and Freddy took over. The store wreaked of Jojo's perfume and I started to get a headache. I stand corrected because Freddy was only able to pull up my 2018 purchase and not the 2017 purchase I was inquiring about. He instructed me what to do at home to see if I had a warranty and how that processed worked. There are many Mattress Firm locations and I will not return to this one; however, if you do come here ask for Freddy as he has excellent customer service! Thank you Freddy.
