Great service, super friendly and not a long wait when it comes to drive up no matter when we go. They started carrying one of the greatest frozen pizzas of all time! Di Fara Pizzas, so we had to jump on the sale they had going on, plus there's always a weekly run to Target, so it was a nice bonus to see these. Excellent Value for the price! read more

Worst Target ever. It is next to my home. I have been going there since it opened it's doors. The employees are rude.Tthe older employees are ok and great at their job. The younger employees don't care. I asked for help in customer service. The young woman stated I would have to bring everything back into the store, I brought everything back into the store. She returned everything to a target gift card instead of my Red Target card. She rang everything up again. Charged to my red card, Left one item off. Asked for a supervisor, he returned everything to my red card. Recharged everything. I left, my head was hurting. I returned several days later. Asked for another manager. He returned everything again and recharged everything on the Target gift card. I had to pay more money because it no longer qualified for Target Red circle discounts. This used to be a great store. No longer. I ended up with EIGHT Target receipts. read more

This Target has become our 'emergency stop' when we are headed up to Sequoia and realize that we either forgot something or need to pick up a little extra something before heading up the mountain. it's clean, well laid out, and stocked with everything we've ever needed. It also never feels too busy so we can easily get in and out and on our way. That could just be that we often get there earlier in the morning, but it's still greatly appreciated. It's nice knowing that we can get everything we need in a timely fashion. read more

Self check out is bad enough, but when the lines are long- fine. Go to get some items, more than 10 though. Long line, and its hot. The kid at the register (looked 17), had no personality whatsoever. Ok, fine. Brought my own bags (reuseable Target bags, of course). Paid via debt, and all my items are still sitting there with my own bags nearby. The kid starts checking the next customer. Had to come to do a quick late pickup and while waiting for our order we witnessed the security deny a man the bathroom because he had to shop to use it..and he proceeded to follow him outside and call the security car to follow him. I believe the man was homeless. And even though homeless situation is horrible we're all human and should not be denied a basic need. It's sad how shitty we've become with others and their situation. I bought something online for $10 and wanted to pick up later, we'll I ended up canceling the order because I found it else where cheaper. They were supposed to refund me $10 but I was only refunded .10 cents!!!! I called and they were no help all they said was "well it shows we refunded you and there's nothing else we can do!" Clean, organized and has latest deals. I especially like that their bathrooms are well taken care of and clean. I am regular here for most of my Target runs that also include shopping for kids clothes and groceries alike. Their frozen section is full of goodies. I love Target, it's my go to store by far! But I will make the trip across town (even though the north Target is 2 minutes from my house). I avoid this one as much as I can because their customer service is TERRIBLE! If you have a drive up make sure you plan at least 20 minutes to just sit and wait because they take their sweet time. The last two times I've drug all of my kids out of the car to go pick it up instead because we've waited so long. And once we're in there I see why, they're moving as slow as possible and making chit chat. What happened to quick customer service? I've worked in the service industry for years and this is appalling. Bare minimum and don't care attitude is all I see. Work ethic has truly gone out the window. Very clean store , I was looking for the Vanilla Chai and found it the juice drinks area it was in a glass covered refrigerated section. This is a spicy Chai and I love the Vanilla taste. I also got some drinks lemonade, orange and vitamin water. The Vitamin water was six bottles for $3.00. There was tons of stuff on sale. There is plenty of parking. read more

They hounded them and followed then around the store like they had stolen something. The security and the other staff would stalk them around. When it came time for them to pay at least five of the staff member surrounded them and in the end took their cart and did not allow them take take any of their stuff. The family left but not before I saw how devastated they were. They had ABSOLUTELY no reason to follow them but they did! They made sure they walked out of the store like they had done something. If I could give zero stars I would, I was behind a family at check out when the customer ahead of me simply inquired about a price of an item that was scanned. The cashier rudely rolled her eyes, slammed her hand on the counter and pulled out the item to say it's a different brand so it cost more. The cashier supervisor came over and the customer stated she wanted to cancel the item, the "supervisor" leaned into the cashier making a remark and they both laughed out loud. They customer got upset and called out the unprofessionalism of the staff, I was so uncomfortable about how they were treated I went to another line. By the time I was checked out and leaving they were speaking to a man near the exit, he was very unprofessional and supportive of the behavior of the staff. I waited just outside and gave them my information and hopefully they filed a corporate complaint. I asked if they got the names and asked if they would share them with me for my review. What can I say? It's Target. After going to a few, you begin to realize the similarities in layouts (until you throw me in a two story store). Everything you could possibly need is there. It's clean, well kept, and fairly organized. However, I did notice a lack of customer service. I barely noticed any workers on the floor, and the two I did notice didn't acknowledge me at all. I would stand right next to them, and they'd just continue stocking shelves without asking me if I needed anything in particular. So apparently shopping while black at the target in Visalia is a crime. 5 of us entered target (3 of the 5 are black and 2 of the 5 are children). 3 of us go to get waffles and ice cream while my husband and his daughter go to the toy aisle. All of the sudden an undercover security guard comes and asks them what their problem is because they were being "too loud". So I go to look for them and see them getting harassed. I ask the white security guard what the problem is and he immediately says "nothing" and walks away. So again, I ask him what the fucking problem is and he turns around to look at me and says "nothing" and disappears in the back of the store. We had $200 worth of shit in our cart and I wish I had just left that cart and walked out of the store. However, the kids were upset and they wanted their ice cream and I needed the air mattress for our overnight stay at my daughters apartment. We ask the cashier who the security guard is and she says he's "the nicest guy ever" and I said yes because you're blond and blue eyed. Her immediate response is "I have black cousins. I'm not racist". First of all, no one said she was racist. We asked for the security guards info and the manager ended up coming over and telling us to call their 800 number. Never ever will I set foot in a target store again!!! I know that if we were not with them, they would have been asked to leave the store. I was pissed off and I can't even imagine how my husband was feeling. This also happened at Home Depot a couple days ago while getting garden supplies. I am giving this Target 2 stars. I love Target as much as the next person, but this specific store never fails to disappoint. They are poorly stocked and never have items in my size (a Medium, not hard). Most recently, I was shopping in their maternity section (at 8 months pregnant) only to realize that their plus size and maternity section are one in the same. It made it difficult to find my size and the sales associate was not helpful. She was visiting with a friend and too preoccupied to help customers (I was not the only one waiting for assistance). Also, I had to try 3 different dressing rooms before I found one that would lock and the room had no bench or place to set my things. The pharmacy within Target was very teen friendly. They had access to the morning after pill, but you had to ask an employee to get it out of a locked cabinet. They did have easy access to family planning products like condoms and birth control though. read more
