Had to fight for every repair and had to accommodate their time schedule to try to get one of their right out of rehab employees to halfway fix an issue. They hire the cheapest maintenance they can and it definitely shows. We ended up taking over and paying for our own lawn service because theirs was substandard. Terrible. We lived in a rat infested property for months with no compensation for me trapping 45 rats plus they chewed up the air conditioning vents in the attic which caused us to pay double the electric to cool the attic!!! Darlene's response was "well everyone's electric has a gone up". Finally working with an exterminator ourselves to solve the problem. Pictures for your enjoyment. We replaced ceiling fans , never reimbursed. And I'm sure , they will come up with something that will blame us for the condition of the house. But after 7 years , no upkeep. No painting of the exterior , not even able to open the old broken windows , they have it back. BEWARE !! Slumlords come in all areas. The hurricane damage shown below? They did nothing. We did all cleanup Everything. It was a struggle the entire time. We completely expect a response blaming us in anyway possible so watch for it. .
