I don't necessarily put a ton of stock in psychics, and see readings as more of a guide when you need a little extra direction in life, but I do have my tarot cards read quite regularly locally where I like in Salt Lake City. So while visiting Aliso Viejo, a friend and I stopped in to see Sarah on a whim to have a reading done as something fun and interesting to do with a free afternoon... Sarah advertises a combo reading for $145 which includes a tarot reading, palm reading, and psychic reading, with no time limit, so we went for that. My reading was 30 minutes and focused mostly on my tarot reading... Much of which was inaccurate based upon what I know of the meanings of the cards. Granted, I'm in no way an expert, but again, I have my cards read often. She didn't touch my hands nor pay any real attention to them and I don't feel I really got a palm reading. She also asked to hold an object of mine to do the psychic reading, which she later claimed "gave her nothing." It was a necklace I wear always and which I cleansed afterward because the reading ended up taking a really negative turn. She indicated I had a lot of negativity surrounding me, and then insinuated someone had done something to me to cause this negativity, like a curse, which she then told me she could meditate on and clear for me for an extra $500. Her information about me and my life was vague, and mostly inaccurate... And the way she insinuated I was cursed and needed to be cleansed of the negative energy or else gave me a really bad vibe. One that I've never encountered in any kind of reading before. I would advise against going to see her... The whole thing screams scam and bad vibes. Like I said... You know what I was thinking as I passed by this nice little Psychic shop in Aliso Viejo? Thought it would be something FUN to do to pass time before dinner! Newsflash, IT WASN'T! I got the $125 combination reading of tarot cards, psychic energy, and palm reading, and was left with the sense of impeding doom that no matter what I do in my life no doctor, no psychiatrist, no life coach can help me and I'm going to fail unless I pay an extra $500 for Sarah, the psychic, to meditate on my problem for 3 days! I always take psychic readings at their entertainment value and ask them to tell me the positive with the negative. But what upset me about this one was that she kept "selling" more services as her main objective versus trying to help and guide me within the current session. And it seriously left me with such negative energy that I couldn't shake after. - She barely looked at my palms from across the table so I don't really know what part of the reading came from them! - She kept yawning during the reading!!! - Didn't really go into details and and was impatient and short with me when I asked questions! - Nothing she said about the future resonated with me but I guess time will tell! - Her descriptions of my present was incredibly generic and at times inaccurate. Overall would not describe it as $125 well spent since now I have to spend thrice that amount in therapy to undo the damage to my psyche haha! Not worth it! read more

My friend paid for the combination reading that totaled to $125. I was able to sit in on it and was surprised at the length of the session (30 mins roughly) as it combined palm, tarot, and psychic readings. We were told a tarot reading alone could be 30 - 60 minutes. The information shared seemed to be mostly generic and provided little insight. The reason I'm leaving one star is because at the end of the session, Sarah will ask if you enjoyed it. She actually will ask you multiple times if you enjoyed it, which felt a little intense. The reason she asked was because she's willing to give you $10 off the price if you post a positive review on Yelp. Hence, all the positive reviews on here. To make it even more awkward, she asks to see your phone and then reads the review on front of you. Silently. Of course, we wanted $10 off because of the bad reading and now I'm correcting the review to reflect the truth of what Sarah does. read more

My experience: I called the number from the website. I left a voicemail and got a call back immediately from another line. We agreed to the day and I said 1PM? She asked if I could do earlier....OK, I was coming from an hour away but said, "OK, noon it is." I got there at noon, I called because sign on window said to call if she wasn't there. She said she'd be there in 10 minutes. She arrived at 12:15. Upon arrival she told me she was late due to another client (blame) and she divulged more than I felt was necessary (confidentiality). We sat and she asked if I was there for combo...palm, cards, psychic reading for $95. Yes. The cards were shuffled and laid out. She asked for piece of jewelry, keys or watch. I gave my keys as they are used mostly. She had me hold my hands out....never looked too close, palmistry is very intricate and requires close examination but I went with it. She told me of a few things that are to come. She gave me a scenario that resonates with me and causes me sorrow. Then (here it comes).....my aura needs cleansing (her main business)... "That's what I do." $500. I refused. No more information was given and no encouragement on how to proceed. I was there 25 minutes tops and that includes restroom visit. I am psychic myself.....our gift is used for others, not our own path. The way I handle my clients and the readings I do end with answers and guidance and encouragement as well as reference sites to help them. I never bait someone to return.....my guidance should be sufficient and if need be, I telling them to return when something changes. I never make them feel something is wrong or they need additional work (that I provide). Within the specific time (15,30,45,60 min), the reading occurs. Ethics. I put $100 on table. She had animation for the first time.....thanking me profusely. I said, "your rate is $95, yes? "Yes, let me get your change." I just left. I thought on my drive home she probably thought it was a tip. I just didn't want to wait. I felt like I should have trusted my instincts more. Grrr Shop is immaculate and lovely decor but I'm not sold it is highly profitable. If you read this, Sarah, change your mode of attracting clients. Sarah has a gift and I believe her spiritual work is a true calling. After centering herself, she immediately started speaking, asking nothing of me. I have had previous readings and Sarah was right up there with the best. First, she spoke accurately about personal things, with details, that had already happened. This makes me trust that her predictions have a good chance of being accurate as well. I felt that she saw me clearly, and I left her lovely shop feeling more optimistic about my future. I had the combination reading, she was accurate in a few details but very general. No explanation of the tarot cards! She looked at my hands like for 10 seconds. She did not like to be asked questions. She offered a cleansing that was very expensive so I said I would call back, but I will not! She was kind of short tempered & unkind. In town for my birthday and decided to walk around. Mom pulled me into this beautiful establishment and decided to treat me for a reading for a present. As many do when they seek out a psychic, I went in because I had issues that were on my mind. I saw on Sarah's website that there was no time limit and that you didn't need to say anything. I went for the combo reading, tarot, palm and psychic. She set out the cards, had me lay my plans out and held a personal item of mine. She never talked about the cards what they were, what they meant, nor discussed any of the lines on my hand. I am sure she doesn't need to but I would like to know it is my reading. While she seemed to have a sense of my personality she did not "hit" on the 3 keys things I personally went in for. She spent about 23 minutes with me and then began to rush me out the door. She never asked me if I had any questions or if there was anything else. I told her I had a question at the end of her speaking. I was able to get one out. She answered it with what seemed annoyance. She did give one good key good piece of advice that I will adhere to though. Like so many "gypsy" type psychics when they see your pain they want to conduct healings on you for additional money to rid you of negative energies or entities. She said she could do this with deep meditation and lots of time looking at what my problem was to clear my blockage. I am sure that would be costly, she added she has been doing this for 20 years and was a "licensed" psychic. There was no care nor concern for why I came in. She only gave predictions for what was going to happening in a time frame of 3-8 months. I never was able address my other reasons for coming in. So, if you are looking for the gyspy reading and future predictions and want to continually get bled by the wallet go see her. We did a reading over the phone. I'm told this doesn't impact the reader's ability to provide information. Just want to be thorough. Sarah was accurate about most things but didn't provide enough detail. Also, like the previous yelper review, she tried to upsell me on meditation to "rid you of a dark energy." WTH! I went to Sara at Psychic of Aliso Viejo and She read Tarot Cards and gave me overall picture of what they indicated to her. Nothing felt individualized but mostly good things coming. Told me my Chakras needed clearing which she could do for $275.00 and it would take about 40minutes. It is lent so I should have it done soon. I did not give her money and was lucky it was a special for $25.00 for the reading. I was not impressed and when talking to my good friend who had a reading just before mine, I found out she had told her many of the same exact predictions. read more
