I've waited for multiple appointments to write a review for the dealership I bought my car because…read moreafter 1, 2, even 3 terrible experiences I thought... this isn't normal... maybe they'll make it right... but no. Time after time I come here I leave disappointed. Had a 7am appointment for oil and tire change. "It won't be long sir, you're the first appointment" I'm told. I still wanted a loaner so I could go to work. But they said no, even though it's part of my Audi Plus program. 4 hours and 30 minutes to change tires and do an oil change. No apologies, nothing. Spoke with customer service manager the next day and she said she'd look into it and call me back. A week later, still no call back. Conclusion, this dealership does not care about its clients. I will continue to do oil changes here as it's included in my lease, but will never give 1 more dollar to this company. I'm actually looking forward to returning the car and cutting all ties. It's a shame.

Salesmen will literally give you shit if they sepnt time with you and you're not buying...they hire used car salesman. Service is bad and very expensive....everything is OK during the warranty when you come see them but if something happens 1 days after the expiry...then you pay!!! Compared to other Audi dealers in the Montreal area...this is the absolute worst...shame on them. No wonder BMW and Mercedes is more in demand.

Don't recommend buying a car from them…read more I purchased a vehicle from them back in December 2023. i have has several issues with the vehicle since day 1. They had taken it back to check it out (over 2months of going back and forth to try and find the issue) After 2 months they had fixed some items however there was still other items that were not fixed. I called them to back go for a roadtest with them so i can show them the issue and they tell me now that there is nothing else they can do for me.. HORIBLE SERVICE

On a accepté de donner un avance pour la réserver pour lendemain car il faisait déjà tard. La représentante nous a donné rdv lendemain pour essayer la voiture et faire les papiers . Lendemain arrivé au concessionnaire à l'heure de notre rdv , notre représentante n'était pas là, elle avait oublié de notre rdv . On avait demander de se faire rembourser et n'ont pas voulu car on avait dealer avec un autre équipe. On a demander de voir un director après plusieurs insistance et après un demi heure d'attente un directeur , pas sympathique de tout, arrogant après lui avoir raconter notre expérience, la seule chose qui a pu dire, c'était que sont des chose qui arrive . WoW, quelle réponse.... On était sans parole. Lui , a autorisé le remboursement. Quel mauvais expérience.
