The delivery team called before they arrived and were right on time. They installed the microwave quickly and efficiently, and checked to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Nelson noticed a defect in the range as he unpacked it and showed it to me. He arranged with his manager to locate another one and went back to the store to pick it up that day.
