Apparently, they drove by to view our home to look at it to get back to is with a quote. Our home has a basement which is below ground with one side exposed (window and door). This is still underground level. But they sent me a message stating that this is a 3 story home and that they don't do 3 story homes. Mind you all of the home is above ground except a verrrry small side with a window and door. My feeling is that this may have been a job they didn't want to do. Our home is brick and stucco with no mold or mildew, no stains, etc. We're disappointed as they are the only ones that have ever said or even considered this a 3 story home in any previous work we've had done(?). Please ask questions... maybe describe your home to them before consider them for a quote.

(60$) I kept up w the service because the quality was often good. Today if was terrible. The lawn guy Dee took his time with the front, and rushed through the back. There were patches of grass mulch everywhere and pushed up against the house. Edges not trimmed, weeds neglected from obvious areas of growth ( along the fence, behind the a/c units) When I tried to point out that I was not pleased and asked him to come back he made excuses, told me he wasn't going to fix it, showed me a flyer of a company that could fix my weeds, and basically let me know I had to deal with the horrible backyard. I paid half the rate since he really only did half the yard.. I told him to remove me from the route and no longer needed his services, his reply is "sounds good to me" Long story short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The professionalism is not there. This guy knows that his work was deplorable today, yet instead of apologizing and trying to come fix the issue he chose to get offended and then offend me the customer who once had customer loyalty. The second job was a complete fail . It was to replace , stain and seal my wood steps . Prior to starting I asked if we should wait until warmer weather and he said it wasn't necessary. His crew replaced the steps and did attempt to stain . The first day they looked good . Over the next 5 days it became clear that no sealant was done and the appropriate amount of stain was not applied . When contacted he said he would come back but did not call or complete the project. I have requested a partial refund and had no response . I will need to hire another company to complete the project .
