We decided on Portolito because it wasn't as busy, the set menu was a reasonable price and had good options. And I'm so glad we chose Portolito. Our waiter was really friendly and attentive. He was the first waiter in Spain who reviewed our order with us to make sure he had it all correct. Instead of their paella, we tried their seafood fideua, and now I would choose fideua over paella right away. The flavour was delicious, and not as salty as I found paellas to be. They gave us good hunks of seafood which were nice and tender. In the set menu, we also had appetizers, so we chose the codfish fritters and baby squid. Both delicious: they were among the top codfish fritters we had; the baby squid was greasy but also why it was so addicting. We had drinks too: I loved their passionfruit mojito, not too minty, and a nice addition of the fruit. My boyfriend had an apple cider, Ladron de Manzanas, which we weren't able to find too often, so he was happy to find they had it here. The interior was nice as well. Food is served here also. The menu looks good but all we have ever ordered was the potatoes Brava which are great. Olives are served with your beer and they are fantastic. Nice seating inside along with tables in the common area near the fountain. We will (and have many times) return again and again.
