The Korma sauce was an aromatic blend of spices, bursting with bold flavor. Short Rib was quite tasty, though some pieces were a little bit tough. The Naan was light, thin, slightly crispy. (Phew. Breathe.) Well, that didn't happen the next day. Dare I say, it was even better the morning after as all the spices had really settled as they do, and it came out of the container without a Cat In The Hat-style signature calling card. We were very impressed by the vegetarian dishes, specifically the aloo gobi and dal tadka, although I could have had them both a touch spicier. But the standout was the fish curry, to which I leave you with this quote directly from their menu: "Panjim Fish Curry: Panjim on the konkan coast comes this beautiful recipe which only taste cant (sic) describe best." They served a gentleman who ordered take away before me which I wasn't happy about but overall good quality was very good so I would return again.
