The website made it easy to choose a wonderful selection of charcuterie, cheese, veggie platters and I added some tapas type spring rolls etc. Cost per head was bang on what I had budgeted for (not cheap but good value for food that was prepared and delivered). They arrived at the start of the deliver window which is always a relief. Polite and quick to get it sorted out. Couldn't ask for anything more. They were exactly what I wanted for my catering for the evening and they will be my go-to if/when we do it again.

We had phone conversations with many chefs and caterers, but after our intial conversation with Served it was evident that they possed the expereience and creativity we were looking for. Unfortunately, the short ribs were too dry, and my second piece was too salty, but I enjoyed the mashed potatoes that accompanied the dish. The garlic fried rice on the sablefish was way too hard, and inedible. The sablefish itself was only okay, and didn't have it's traditional buttery texture. The potato fondant had too strong of a tarragon flavor and was quite disappointing. The tiramisu tasted like the mascarpone custard was scrambled, and I was unable to finish it. Their servers provided excellent service, it's just too bad that the food missed the mark. Also, it's worth noting that this company did not take food safety matters into consideration. We saw staff bringing up food in tubs and no warmers or hot plates were used to keep food outside of the "danger zone".
