Predatory prices! 8$ for ONE crock charm. ONE. So ridiculous! Avoid this tourist trap.

High quality local items - pricey but worth it if you want to treat yourself or a loved one. We had stopped by a couple of times on this trip as our hotel was nearby, and on our final day, decided to swing by to purchase something as this store was unlike any other we'd experienced on our strolls up and down various shopping areas in Hilo and Kona. Our teen, who is into candles right now, had her heart set on a plumeria scented candle with an "interesting" wick. She got sticker shock when she went to buy it (it was almost $30) but her mother convinced her that it was okay to occasionally indulge oneself. She's very happy with the purchase, and we are heading back home with a special piece of Hawai'i with us. Mahalo, Tasty Kona. read more

Cutest boutique in Kona we passed by after eating, very bright, cute, clean with the cutest clothes and accessories. The minute we walked in we were greeted with the Aloha spirit and the clerk helped us with sizes and just was the sweetest clerk. My daughter found the cutest tops and bought her a handmade necklace that was made from a local artist. We will definitely want to return and go shopping again. Love this cute boutique and gals that it was open later in evening since most stores close early. Quality clothes so the price is equal to the product. read more

The Staff was friendly and greeted us promptly. They offered us free samples and made us feel very welcome. They have a variety of products from Hawaii, and I picked up two bags of loose tea, as well as soap made locally, and my husband got the Butter Rum macadamia nuts.
