I have short stubby lashes and am inept at putting on false lashes, so when my first daughter was getting married I thought about getting my lashes done but didn't know where to start. Going by 5 star reviews I got ahold of Dev and sent her pictures of my eyes. She guided me as a newbie and I have been hooked ever since. She has an easy going personality and makes you feel comfortable. When you have to lay completely still for almost two hours that is not ideal. My technician seemed inexperienced. She spent way more time on one eye than the other and my lashes were lopsided as a result. She pinched my eyelids several times. Afterward my eyes were super irritated. I could feel the extensions for weeks afterward instead of them being seamless. Overall a pretty unpleasant experience. Wouldn't go back.

I returned a week later on February 7 for a refill. About half my lashes had fallen off after 1 week. At checkout she said that she would have to call her manager because the free refill was not going through her system. She told me that I got my lashes on Feb 1 and that promotion ended Jan 31. I was offered that promotion and took it at her advice. I was then charged 57.00 which is 1/2 price. I should not have pad that, as it was not what was promised to me. Not wanting to argue, I paid and left. The lash tech seemed to know what she was doing however her hands and breath smelt like food. With her hands and face so close to mine, it was not enjoyable. I would say the quality of their products are below average since I lost most of my initial set in a week.

I've been coming here for about 2 years, starting out for my wedding, going through my first pregnancy and now as a new mommy. This is my secret weapon to feeling beautiful and now I'm sharing it with everyone. My favorite technique is her "volume lashing" - super full but still natural looking! I have gone up to 4 weeks (traveling for my honeymoon and thru an intense 15hour labor) without a fill and my lashes still look good and not sparse. I made an appt (online only) received several reminders and emails prior to the appt. I then drove 40 minutes to my appt to find that Jeanette never even showed!! I called serval times and left a message. I then waited a whole hour. She never came!! How professional.... I always try and think positive so I thought maybe something happened and she'll call me tomorrow. Were going on 2 weeks and no reply to my phone call! Not even a sorry I never showed. This was a waste of my time and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I've read on other sites that this happens often and she often deletes reviews. I forgot the name of my pedicure but I picked a $67 one. I asked for a gel pedi (white color). First of all the dead cuticles around my toes weren't completely removed. From the chair I could still see dead skin. The pedicure itself was very soft, too soft for my taste. The white color is difficult to work with - I know, but this is such a popular choice there should already be an expectation. I had to ask for a third coat of the white cuz I could still see steaks and the shade of white wasn't opaque enough. Not sure if it's because he's a guy but they should be able to notice that. If I see it, they should see it. I see they have a lot of good reviews so I guess to each their own but I personally wouldn't come back again.
