I have short stubby lashes and am inept at putting on false lashes, so when my first daughter was getting married I thought about getting my lashes done but didn't know where to start. Going by 5 star reviews I got ahold of Dev and sent her pictures of my eyes. She guided me as a newbie and I have been hooked ever since. She has an easy going personality and makes you feel comfortable. When you have to lay completely still for almost two hours that is not ideal. My technician seemed inexperienced. She spent way more time on one eye than the other and my lashes were lopsided as a result. She pinched my eyelids several times. Afterward my eyes were super irritated. I could feel the extensions for weeks afterward instead of them being seamless. Overall a pretty unpleasant experience. Wouldn't go back.

Three weeks later they were almost completely in tact still. I honestly could have gone another week without having to get them done again, but I wanted to treat myself to fresh ones for the Holiday. The next time I went, it was for a mani pedi, and this was 4 days after my first visit because I was so pleased! They did an awesome job with both hands and feet. Unfortunately my nails were a little too long for work so I had to cut them myself about a week and a half after getting them. So today, after I got my lashes redone, I got a new full set as well. I am SO HAPPY! They're honestly perfect, Sarah is a perfectionist. I am as well, so there were a couple times I mentioned fixing something, but she said, "Don't worry, I'm not done." With a smile. I returned a week later on February 7 for a refill. About half my lashes had fallen off after 1 week. At checkout she said that she would have to call her manager because the free refill was not going through her system. She told me that I got my lashes on Feb 1 and that promotion ended Jan 31. I was offered that promotion and took it at her advice. I was then charged 57.00 which is 1/2 price. I should not have pad that, as it was not what was promised to me. Not wanting to argue, I paid and left. The lash tech seemed to know what she was doing however her hands and breath smelt like food. With her hands and face so close to mine, it was not enjoyable. I would say the quality of their products are below average since I lost most of my initial set in a week.

Honestly a 0 out of 5 in terms of my experience today. I have UV gel extensions and called to…read moreconfirm this morning that they could give me a new set. I arrived and the tech kept trying to convince me get a fill and not a new set, which is what I specifically asked for. After all the clarification previously in our conversation, she would only take my gel set off and for me to contact my "regular nail guy". $36 dollars later, she did a 5 min regular paint job, didn't file or cut my cuticles...the picture speaks for itself.
