I spent along time researching and checking out the many many tattoo places in the area and everything from the online reviews, to word of mouth, and the storefronts themselves all pointed to Tattoos Forever. The second you walk in, you can instantly tell its a very well kept establishment. From the clinic clean smell to the streak-free glass of the showcases it gives you a good feeling about picking the right place. Greeted as soon as you walk in, and kept in the loop for the whole experience, nothing if left to guessing. I went in with my reference photos and got my appointment with in 5 mins (walk-ins also accepted pending availability of artists). The day of the tattoo, designs were already made for me to critique and change anything that i wished if necessary. The tattoo itself went very smooth and was not rushed to try and push me out the door for the next guy like alot of other places tend to do. Each artist has their own area to work in so you don't feel like an exhibit. Overall im very impressed with the service provided and the friendly artists. The best tattoo shop ever just ask for Justin! We are from St. Louis, Mo., but we visit the Florida area regularly. This was the first time we visited the Destin, Fl area and it was our 16th wedding anniversary. We were looking to get tattoos so I went on line. When I read the owners story, I knew this was the shop. When we got there the place was so clean and we met the owner and his wife. They were terrific!!! So welcoming and down to earth. We were recommended, by the owners, to let Justin do the tattoo. We met and talked with Justin but the price he quoted was way over what we expected, so we thought he was trying to raise the fee cause we were from out of state. Justin went above and beyond to work with us, so then Justin drew our designs, presented them to us, and gave us his fee. We agreed upon a fee and Justin began his work. It was done sooo fast and the results were Beautiful!!! We are so pleased with his work. We will definately be back. read more

I've never had a tattoo before and was looking for a place that was clean, looked like a nice reputable place and I could see previous work from the artists. I was very nervous to do one at any location not just this one. I looked thru Alberts work on their Facebook page and then again when I got to the shop. Jordan spent alot of time with my friends and I to determine what exactly I wanted. He was great and then we came back on Wednesday for the actual tattoo. I had made a few changes to my idea by then and Albert was awesome to keep changing my design and he also even colored some in so I could see what it would look like. He was very professional and kind and I am really happy with my first tattoo. Granted, it is healing so we will see in a few weeks but right now, he did a great job! read more

This place is Awesome. I went in with my first tattoo, not really knowing the process or what to expect. These guys did an amazing job at walking me through the process and making me feel comfortable in making my decisions. The whole vibe of the place was totally professional, while at the same time being very comfortable. Albert spent time with me going over every detail of the design I asked for and we ended up making a few changes through our discussion to help with my tattoo's appearance down the road. I first came to the shop in december to get my industrial done. My piercer was Jordan and he was beyond fantastic. I have had many piercings and this was by far the best experience. Cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness are definitely a top priority here. I like them so much my husband and I came in to be tattooed. I was tattooed by Albert both times and I couldn't be happier. I got an appoinment right away his art was amazing, great conversation , just awesome. He took my ideas and made them so much better! I went here with my friend. I got a septum piecing and she, dermals. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Jason. We walked in close to closing time and he was happy to help us. (We didn't realize how late until we got they're, opps!) Jordan did our piercing and was literally AMAZING. I work in the medical field and my coworkers could take some pointers for him. His nickname, Gentle Jordan is wholeheartedly earned. He cares about his clients and is fully dedicated to his art. I am SO glad we came here. They are professional, compassionate and down to earth. My fiancee and I were on vacation last week and wanted to commemorate our trip with a new tattoo. After reading reviews of Tattoos Forever, we decided to go to the shop and see if it felt right. I had checked out Leah Voodoo's work that others had posted and really loved her style. The shop is clean, inviting and the people there are extremely professional. Leah was simply amazing. We showed her the pic that we both wanted and she put her own artistic touches on them. She does many styles and her watercolor work is beautiful. She also has a soft touch which makes the experience even better. We will be back next time we are in the Ft Walton area to have more work done for sure! read more

Awesome shop! A few days before I found this shop I got my Nose pierced at a different shop and was extremely unhappy with the placement (the piercer didn't even offer to fix it after I told him I was unhappy) I called this shop and The woman who answered (I wish I knew her name) was extremely nice and helpful and told me to come right in and they would fix it for me. So I went in and the people here were so very nice and understanding Jordan (the piercer) was amazing and marked my nose many times before piercing my nose to make sure it was perfect and that I was happy. Both my husband and I have gotten tattoos here with Reanna. The great experience begins with Jordan, he seriously has the best personality. He was so fun to talk with concerning our ideas and was beyond helpful. My husbands experience was great. It was quick, looks amazing, and he's already planning his next one. My experience was better than I was expecting. It was my first tattoo and Reanna made me feel so comfortable. She was kind enough to take breaks when I needed them and didn't make me feel even slightly bad when I got light headed. Saw Albert at Tattoos Forever a few weeks ago. He was super flexible with his time, offering to come in early and even working me in for a different day when my schedule changed and I had to cancel my original appointment. He did a custom text tattoo, very small and delicate - and nailed it. He was very patient as I tried to figure out where to place it and even worked in a last minute add to the art before we got started. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and was very professional. The shop was super clean and the staff very approachable and nice. I almost didn't go here because of the reviews and also because of my past bad experiences in tattoo shops in that area. This place is definitely a must to visit, I got tattooed and pierced here. I have been wanting to get my daith pierced because I was told it would cure migraines. The piercer told me that it was not something that was guaranteed by this shop and that it probably wouldn't cure me, but that it was a cool piercing anyway. It went great!! I also got tattooed by Justin, I did have to wait a little longer than I wanted but they were busy and it was totally worth it once I saw the finished product. I recently came back after my piercing to get a new tattoo! I scheduled with Albert and got a hummingbird and compass watercolor design on my ribs (which you can find the picture on his instagram!) it took about an 1 hr 1/2 to finish and cost $150. which was fairly reasonable since I thought it'd be a lot more expensive and it's a lot bigger than I was expecting. they asked for a price estimate from me & worked with it!! it definitely was a little painful with the placement but Albert made me really comfortable and worked with me patiently! planning on going back & making this my regular place! read more

If you want a good, clean, friendly, knowledgeable shop... Tattoos Forever is what you're looking for. They've got a kick ass staff that all know exactly what they're talking about. They've got a fast, personable experience for all newcomers, and first timers. $20 deposit (standard) for appointments, but it's free game to talk about ideas. They helped me get exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it. Albert did my ankle tattoo and Bus did my lion quarter sleeve. Both made sure that I was in the least amount of pain possible, but also made sure the tattoo came out perfectly. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Went in for a nose piercing, and had an amazing experience. It wad my first piercing, so I was super nervous. The piercer, Jordan, made me feel so much better. It was such a calm atmosphere and he kept making me laugh so I wouldn't think about it. Everything is so clean, amd he even asked if I wanted to know how the piercing process worked. I had some questions about my piercing a week later so I contacted them on their website, and Jordan emailed me back in less than 2 hours. I had Will do a very special 0tattoo on my leg this past September and it's simple but beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it! Then I had Will fix a cover up tattoo someone else did in a different shop that I wasn't happy with. This one is much bigger and he did a fabulous job. Jordan did a great job! He was very informative and patient in explaining every detail in applying the dermals. I would recommend him to anyone considering all types of piercings. He's not just there to take your money and do the piercing but he lets you make the informative decision to do it or not. Just had my 11th tattoo by Eddie Davis at Tattoo's Forever 1st time I have been in the place and Eddie came highly recommended by my buddy Chad. I was totally blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of their great staff. The promptness at meeting the appointment and being able to fit me in as quickly as they did. To be honest, I didn't get a tattoo here however I needed a new sheet of tegaderm because earlier that day I got a new tattoo at a different shop. The owner Pat didn't hesitate to clean my new tattoo and replace the one that was falling off. That's great customer service in my opinion, everyone was really nice! I got 8 tattoos in one year at Tattoos forever. I had to move and have since then gotten many more. I miss this shop more than some members of my family. I would come in with a vague idea and the artist would have something better than what I had imagined. They would bust their ass to make sure I was happy. It was also the cleanest shop I've been to with some of the nicest people I've met. Would recommend/have recommended 10/10 times. If this shop was a guy... I'd be gay read more
