      I felt very exploited. They had my computer for over a month, kept telling me there were additional…read morethings wrong with it. I paid extra with the guarantee it would be ready by a certain date, they did not do this (I needed it for work). I paid over $700... My advice - find out what is wrong with your computer, by the part yourself and fix it for more than half the cost and time! Or go to a local, smaller run computer business which is more invested in helping people rather than exploiting them. I think this business depends on the problem with your computer, obviously mine required a part so they couldn't fix it on the spot, so they began a ridiculous exploitation process with me. Extremely angry and unhappy with this service.

They did it, and they certainly did a pretty good job as well. It really wasn't all that pricey, and it got done pretty quickly as well. Yeah, this place certainly did its job, though of course, my requirement wasn't all that difficult, but at least they got it done.
