As for the coffee itself, I didn't really enjoy the latte I ordered because it tasted kind of off/burnt to me. Two of my family members ordered tea and also thought their drinks tasted strange, but everyone else enjoyed their drinks. Not sure what was up with that, but aside from the coffee tasting off, I loved everything else about this cafe!

They were all smiles and very welcoming to me the English speaker in this French speaking province. If you're in the Quebec City and you have your own car, I recommend a visit to Pascal and working off your carb loading with a walk through Jacques Cartier National Park.

Soft accents make for a comfy experience place for you to hold a small meeting or place to pop in for work during the day for an hour or two. Their coffee is outstanding also. On my few visits I've had their Cappucino in a small format which has been quite creamy but nice and strong. Not sure the blend of beans that they use but on the TV monitors they show what looks like a ecological sustained production of coffee. The video plays in a loop but it's eye catching as you are trying to glance up. The clientele is more upscale and professional working people. Just a word of caution we found out on a few visits a few peeping nosy customers appearing to listen into our conversation. Remember Quebec is not a huge city so you may want to speak in code if your business or conversation is of more a private nature. This is a great place for coffee.
