The communication I (didn't) receive from her was the worst I have dealt with from any realtor, broker or property manager. For example, Tausha scheduled people and things like appraisers, but didn't let anyone know; as a result, people arrived at the same time, causing chaos and confusion. She didn't respond to emails I sent. She was anything but proactive, and sometimes not even reactive. Communication was great even though I was out of state, and our in-person experiences were some of the best experiences we've had with real estate transactions. We began working with Tausha by email in October 2013 when moving from California to Austin was just a dream. Still, Tausha was very willing to provide us with her local knowledge and set us up with real estate listings to help us decide which part of the Austin area would be the best fit. Over the next 6 months, she continued to stay in touch and always asked, "What do you need from me? How can I help you right now?" When I visited Austin for job interviews, Marisa met me to go visit quite a few homes even though we knew they wouldn't be on the market by the time we actually moved to Austin. It was very helpful in giving us even greater insight into the neighborhoods and features that we wanted in our "dream home." When we finally moved to Austin in late April 2014, Tausha and Marisa were ready to spring into action from our first weekend in town. We kept them on their toes viewing listings all over the Austin area. Sometimes it was Tausha, other times Marisa took us to see homes. Marisa provided some great insight, and she did a great job filling in for Tausha when she became very ill for a couple weeks.
