Service was attentive and quick first by the host and soon after by a young man in a leather apron adding to the atmosphere. My impression of the burger taste...meh. Salty overrode all and I expected grilled from the menu descriptions. I believe it was griddled and the beef was tough and grizzly. The fries were very well prepared and the onion rings too when we got them after ordering them a second time. It is pricey but a niche business model for Vienna for sure. My beer was delicious and I'm full! So, for the overall experience and quality I rated it a four for satisfying my American food need in Austria. PS. Review your bill as mine had to be adjusted for extra charges for food not ordered.

It came with guacamole, salsa and a sour cream with herbs? I'm not even sure at this point but it was hella good. All three! The salsa was mild not spicy at all which I loved. It was well seasoned. I ate half and am leaving the other half for the next day. It was just so filling to me me. But I did finish off the guac fast. IMO it needs more salt but it was still good. We were visiting Vienna for a business trip and everywhere we went we had our fair share of sausages. I'm not complaining, to a certain extent. It was literally a sausage fest. We're walking down the street looking for somewhere to eat and we told our selves, something that's going to leave us full and satisfied. The joy in our faces, a smile and a laughter that only the Joker from Batman can appreciate. We couldn't wait to get inside. The french fries were nice and crisp, fresh off the grease and perfectly salted. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, the protein cooked perfectly to medium. Nice soft bun, melted cheese and thick crispy bacon. These were not your typical McDonald cheeseburgers no they were large fancy gourmet burgers which will leave you fulfilled if you're looking for something to fill you up. There are a couple of burgers to choose from and all can be "pimped" with bacon, cheese etc. They all come with a large salad and choice of fries or wedges as well as your choice of extra sauce on the side. These are varied and delicious. I had the sweet whisky sauce and it was amazing. The wedges are homemade and very tasty. Large portion too. The salad with the burger is also quite reasonably sized and very tasty too. The burgers come with a choice of white or brown bread and cooked to your own individual taste. (Rare, medium, well done etc) They are juicy and taste flame grilled and for me the mixture of herbs is just spot on. A great experience and a great burger!

But thankfully their vegan nuggets are gluten-free so I got their Nugget Salad (which is their soy protein "chicken" nuggets on a garden salad and a garlic sauce). I also got a lemonade for my beverage, but it was a carbonated soda, so not really my kind of thing. I should have gotten something else to drink.
