We decided to go for it, and booked the job (no long wait). Jessie has finished installing beautiful bluestone hearths on both fireplaces, and they look magnificent! The owner set an appointment, was punctual and courteous, and showed me samples. He quoted me a fair price, and I accepted. He started the work within the following 10 days, and he completed it to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, even during a rainy day.
